Hyper Child, Chill Mom Honesty regarding life with #ADHD from a mom and Daughter

We are a mom and daughter team that are expressing ourselves through this blog in the hope of helping other children with recent diagnosis of ADHD. Nicole (12 years old) is the Hyper Child with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Julia (37 years old) is the Chill Mom helping Nicole with everyday struggles. Coming up with new tips and trick to keep Nicole on task and sharing them with you.
